I'll tell you who she was, she was my neighbour from hell who lived in the upper maisonette, she put down wooden flooring then she and her many lodgers walked around all day and night in turn with shoes on, Things go so bad for us through lack of sleep because of the noise that we had to move out and could not take my 15yr old staff with us. I really miss him! I hope she has a horrible miserable life now. I know I now sound mean but my dog could not be rehoused because of his age and had to be put down. I had him since he was a puppy!
