Seems you are out of luck. From the fire to the frying pan. lol

Purchase a recovery CD or DVD
If you cannot use the service partition or have had hard drive failure, you will need to obtain a recovery CD or DVD by contacting the Support Center. Please be aware that the Product Recovery CD or DVD may only be available if your machine is still in warranty. A fee may be involved.

Recovery DVDs are only available for Microsoft Windows Vista.

Note: We no longer distribute recovery media for the following discontinued operating systems:

* Windows 95
* Windows 98, 98SE
* Windows NT
* Windows Me
* Windows 2000

So you only altenative is to google "oem software" and buy a Windows XP disk. Buying OEM disks, and disks that say to used with bundle only, is now legal according to the Supreme Court. Bill Gates, eat your heart out. lol

Now you have to watch it as they have Anti-VIrus software prices from 2 years ago and you can get the up-to-date copy for the same price.

This one has Windows XP profession with sp1 for $49.95

This site is about scams on OEM software but not up-to-date. It is legal now.
