He is one of the BEST rappers out there? Have you heard his mixtapes. Hes ingenious with his lyrics. But... I do agree with you on his level of arrogance. And the reason he said Juelz Santana is on his level is because him and Lil Wayne put out an amazing mixtape. And another thing. He only kissed ONE man. He dosent kiss MEN.
I wouldnt say he is the BEST. But he is one of the best out there. And I don't understand why the people who answered this question says he is lame. If you are a TRUE rap fan you wouldn't qualify him as being lame. If you say hes lame and you never heard his mixtapes, your whole perspective of him will change if u hear it
