I have a custom built pc. I was going to go on the internet, but my router configuration utility from netgear froze. I restarted my pc, and now, the adapter will not start. I tried uninstalling the device and the drivers and restarting the pc, and then reinstalling everything, but it will not start accoring to device manager error 10. I am so upset! I wanted to transfer my activation of adobe acrobat pro, so that I could reformat my hard drive, and then upgrade to vista, but this issue is keeping me from it! This is the first time that I have had this issue, and I am ready to pull my hair out! Thank you so much!

My cousin just got a netgear wifi adapter and it destroyed his USB port (the cable got too hot) and the software froze on 3 computers and died. I say return it and get one made by Belkin.

The router should have a reset button on the back. While its plugged in , hold the reset button in for a few seconds. Unplug the router from power supply then plug it back in. Try again to set it up.

Well first of all, if you pull your hair that might hurt so thats not a good idea especially if they dont grow back..

Anyways maybe the service of the wireless card or the switch to turn it on is off.. are you talking about a desktop or laptop? what model? and why dont you just use a wired network if all you are basically trying to do is transfer something.. wired is faster anyways.

both artwork nicely. notwithstanding if a difficulty occurs, a PCI card will be more straightforward to troubleshoot. ultimately USB will replace the PCI buss thoroughly yet this continues to be many years off and has a thoughts to pass to previously the insects are out.
