Because women are, in a way, more open than men. I get along better with women and quicker because I find them more open and generally more friendly than men when you meet them first. And as we all know how important first impressions are very important.

Men subconsciously seek multiple women to insure the propagation of his genes.
Women seek a single mate to provide food, shelter and protection while she nurtures the young.

I think that it's because we focus on relationships, are emotionally charged creatures and are very intuitive~~ I think men are just as interesting just in a different way
