1990 chevy cheyenne 1ton dually-how do i get the bench seat to realse and lean forward? i cant find a release?

According to my source the Chevy seats don't fold down, that would be a Ford Super Crew thing.

MOST SEATS FOLDED DOWN THEIR SHOULD BE A LEVER TO PULL UP ON IF YOU HAVE SEAT COVERS CHECK UNDERNEATH THEM OR MAYBE YOURS BROKE OFF
