I think it is Deion Sanders. He played in the World Series with the Atlanta Braves in 1991 and 1992. The Braves lost in 1991 to the Minnesota Twins and lost in 1992 to the Toronto Blue Jays. He was however, a part of two Super Bowl Championship teams. His first was in Super Bowl XXIX (29) when he played for the San Francisco 49ers when the 49ers defeated the San Diego Chargers. He played for the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowl XXX (30) when the Cowboys defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers. He never won a World Series, but he won two Super Bowls.
