we all act different under different circumstances depending upon what role we are playing at the time. using male gender since I'm more familiar with the role as an example a person can be a son, a brother, an uncle, a grandson, an employee, a supervisor, a tutor, etc. every role the person plays requires him to act differently towards the other people he interacts with. this can really get even more complicated as he interacts with the opposite gender as he will be a son, grandson, brother, boyfriend, husband, father etc. such is our society and this is a normal situation.
