If the play occurred, then you can decline an offside penalty, especially if the offensive team gets the first down or touchdown. Otherwise, offenses will take a free 5 yards from the penalty.

An offsides penalty is called but the play goes on. If the ball goes beyond 5 yards the offense may decline and take the 6+ yard gain instead of 5 yards

YES
lets say for instance a d-back gets called offsides.. the offense gets a FREE PLAY
if the offense gets more yardage on that play than the actual penalty itself.. it's more than likely they will decline it

Depends what the situation is. Usually if there is an offside or false start penalty the play is stopped right away.

yes, they can except or refuse
the flag is thrown, but it doesn't stop the play, so if the offense gets a touchdown, a first down or more than 5 yards in the play, they can decline the penalty, because the play resulted in something better than taking the 5 yards

YES,sometimes the offense refuse the penalty because their kicking a field goal, and they don't want to be too close to the goal post or they might be punting the football and they want more room for the punter to punt the ball out of bounds.hopes that helps.

yes, as long as its not an "unabated to the quarterback" offside penalty, and they get the snap off and run a play before the officials blow the whistle.
