i am experiencing physical and mental abuse?

I am 16 yrs old. and i have been physically and mentally abused ever since i was 8. my father and mother calls me names constantly. they always finds the littles flaws in me to make them mad so they can hit me. i have been beaten up by my dad numerous times. the last time this occured was this morning.i try to fight back but i just cant hit my own father. he said next time hes gonna put me to sleep. and my mom lies to my dad just for him to hit me. saying i did things i dont do. i never like to go home, i would rather stay at school and thats bad. i am not a bad kid. i dont deserve this. i cant take it anymore. what should i do

,If you are telling the truth about the abuse you are experiencing with your parents, then you need to find someone that you feel will be able to give you some shelter, if you decide to tell the authorities of your abuse. No one, should live his life being miserable all the time,knowing when you wake up in the Morning if you will be able to at least breath without fear,that there is not going to be any beatings for you. I know how you must feel, I, too was an abused kid, when I was growing up,I felt like what's the use of living if there will always be more beatings from my mom, who for some reason out of eight kids, I was the one that she always found fault with and would always beat me up with whatever, she could lay her hands on. You are not alone, there are a lot of organizations that if you or someone can call their hot line number and report what is happening to you they will remove you from your Parents house, to protect you from harm. Child protective services is one of them or as I told you in the beginning, your local Police Station should be another alternative. Wow this is a serious situation. You need to speak to someone immediately wether it be a teacher,family member or anyone close. Your parents dont have the right to physically and mentally abuse you. My advice is to get out of there as quick as you can and to tell someone immediatley. If your father is making death threats you need to contact the police or someone of high authority even though hes your father no father should lay a hand on their child or make death threats. Remember you are not alone in this and to talk to someone.

However, i can tell that you are very strong individual. but, here is what i suggest, since you are 16 years of age you need to go to your school social worker or counsler and report this to them when it happen again. aslo, create a juornal and start writing what happen becasue that would help you to find an answer to your question.

speak to someone who know how to help you and provide protection and who is welling to listen without judging you.

GET HELP! Tell your teacher, Principal, School Counselor(that is why they are there), Aunt, Uncle, Grandparents, Minister, Parents of good friends- anyone who is an adult you can trust.

Your parents are abusing you and should get help. You do not deserve it. You do not deserve to be fatally hurt. Get help now!

do y\ou have anyone that you can talk too, is there anyone you can tell. you need to let someone know what is going on or call cps(child protection services)

you need to tell someone what's going on at home, maybe a teacher, conselor, one of your friend's parents, or a relative. you need help getting out of there or getting help for your parents. no matter what you do your parents should NEVER hit you. please keep telling someone until they help you.
