Spawn. Johnny Blaze is human with powers to battle evil...plus he's got the bike...and we all know the limits of his ability. But Spawn...I mean FOR REAL!!!! He's not even alive any more. He's the Devil's ex minion and his power is virtually limitless! Flaming skull VS fire and brimstone...Spawn was supposed to lead the armies to God's door step!!! Let's think...the guy hired on to take on God him/herself and the ex daredevil stunt bike guy...I'm thinking the guy in the cape all day.

ghost rider would win no questions asked. all you have to do is slice off spawns head to kill him, weak. ghost rider is just to fast with his bike. sure spawn could use his cape but ghost rider isnt that stupid and wouldnt run into it and that whole dissapearing thing spawn does wouldnt help since ghost rider is the devils bounty hunter, he would definatly find him.
