You are going to have to get a petition signed by your fellow co workers asking the labor board to hold a decertification election! The labor board will then set the time and date of the election. They will also inform you at that time of the percent needed to vote the union out.
Best way to proceed is first contact National Labor Relations Board and tell them the name of employees in the plant who are covered by the contract. (number of bargaining unit employees). Then they will tell you how many names you will need on the petition in order to get a decertification election set up.They will also inform you of the number or percentage needed (vote count) to decertify the union.
But let me warn you. It is much harder to get the union out than to get it in. Somewhere if I remember right it will take 90% voting against the union to get it decertified, but I could be wrong on that part.
