Depends on exactly how you define STD. If you give her a sexually transmitted disease, that will not be nice at all.
But if you consider giving her a baby to be an STD (which it is not), it could be a great gift. Some poeple say that having a child is the greatest gift ever. I wouldn't know, since I am still childless.
