I have freckles also! I would wear a fair cover up stick around and under the inner corners of my eyes in light. Dab some on and then pat it with a finger {this will make the tube go farther than a sponge].Then I would use a water proof or resistant mascara like "maybelline five times" or "cover girl professional"in black and apply at least three coats.Lip gloss is real pretty in an orchid[pinkish -blue] or brown-or even plum. Leave the freckles bare or,if you want a foundation that covers freckles a powder cream compact in something in cream ivory, cream natural or maybe sand . If this doesn't match real well just use it for cover stick. Also try light or transluent powder just on tip of nose, chin and top of forehead. Use a mid brown brow pencil and add just a few feathers to your natural eyebrows.

The Number One way to make your eyes look bigger is to use an eyelash curler. This works particularly well if you use mascara too.

When I was 15 I just wore tinted lipgloss and mascara. So I suggest you stop reading here, because tinted lipgloss and mascara are plenty for a 15 year old girl to wear. Ad it is all you should ever wear to school. But if you want a more grown up look (or for future reference) keep reading.

Another way to make your eyes look bigger is eyeliner. Don't line your whole eye, look straight into the mirror and draw as thin a line as possible along your top lid, from the middle or your pupil to the outer corner of your eye. This should be plenty for daytime. If you're going out in the night try the same thing again but on your lower lid as well, from the center of your pupil out. Don't go past the corner of your eye with the liner and make cat eyes. That looks hideous.

Okay eyeshadow. Typically brown colors look good on blue eyes, and blue looks good on brown eyes. But if you don't like browns thats fine. My eyes are brown and I like green shadows. So I suggest you play around with color. Don't use blue, but try green or purple.

I think a brown mascara applied after you curl your eyelashes (takes practice but it works to "open" the eyes and make them appear bigger). Also, a very small amount of a SMUDGED (not hard, straight and perfect) line of a bronze-ish eyeliner on the outer edge of your lash line...just blend and smudge after drawing it on to soften it. a little very natural lip gloss with a bit of sparkle and you will be good for your age! also, try a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen to PROTECT your fair skin and it gives a very small amount of coverage to even out your skin and freckles...they come in all sorts of shades--even very pale. I use MaryKay and it has 20 SPF and does not look like foundation! Good Luck--and remember you do not NEED make-up--the person you are toward others will make you more beautiful than any eyeliner or lipstick ever can!

Makeup is an illusion. Kinda like clothes.
Drk colors resede; light colors bring forward.
You hide your flaws (maybe u think your eyes r to small, a chicken pox scar etc..), and bring out your natural beauty.
Have FUN, play w/ ur makeup, experiment w/ colors//color combinations.
U can match ur eye shadow; to ur eyes,or ur outfit, you said ur eyes change colors, try this; put ur outfit on, wait 'til ur eyes change, then decide about the colors u want to use for ur eyes. Or not use color but naturals; not necessarily brown, but similiar colors. U said the colors always seem WAY to dark, apply it then wipe some off/brush some off. And once the colors are blended it'll look better.
Applying it...lightest right under ur eyebrow, BUT cover the entire eye lid, down to ur lash line. Then the medium/blending color from where you want ur lighest color to stop, and take that color all the way down to your eyelash line. Just like your lightest color. Then your darkest color only on the bottom edge of your eye lid.
Now u do have to play w/ it because of the shape of your eyes.
I have almond shaped eyes w/ a hooded eyelid so I had to find the best designs for MY eyes, that's what u gotta do.
Blu shades intensify blu, brwn adds contrast to make blu pop.
Grn shades intensify grn, plum adds contrast to make grn pop
Natural looking is soft and alluring.
Have fun ;-P

try looking for soft blues or greens nothing to in tense stay away from darlk eyeliner or eyeliner all together if you are looking to make your eyes seem bigger.try for a brown mascara and maybe a slightly tinted lip gloss some times less is best .at 15 you should't need alot of make up.some times just a little color does wonders.also a light pink blush since you are so fair will help give you a little color .don't use alot just kind brush lightly on your face.

Less is more. At 15 maybe just a little mascara and that will bring your eyes out. I would definitely keep away from foundation. If you don't need it don't use it. Stay away from it for as long as you can. I would maybe consider a little bit of moisturizer in the summer with sun screen, it will keep your skin hydrated and protected. At 15 don't use the age defying ones, just a plain simple one, and you will probably be able to keep away from foundation for an extremely long time.

Well I know that guys don't like girls who wear too much make up.So for starters I'd only wear one kind of make up at a time. A way to make your eyes look big is to wear black eyeliner on the bottom of the eyes only.

I don't know if this advice would be helpful. I never had a problem in that department.

Dont use foundation unless you got spots.
Grey or pinkish eyeshadows are good 4 blue eyes and stay away from pink blush 4 cheeks, itl clash with ur hair. You can wear mascara to make eyes look bigger.

At 15 the best thing to do for your freckles is use sunscreen 30+ everyday on your face so that they don't get worse as you get older.
Mascara and tinted lip gloss for the eyes and face.

At fifteen you should not wear any, even though make-up is suppose to enhance your natural beauty and not cover it up, at 15 even the smallest amount of make-up is too much! The less make-up any woman can get away with wearing the better she looks, I wear very little, just enough as I said to enhance my natural look.
