Generally, about what heights do you need to be able to pole vault in high school if you would like to continue in college? If you know differences with division I versus division 3, etc include that in your answer. thannkss in advance =]

do you think vaulting 8 ft my sophmore year, and still have 2 more years of high school to get higher is good enough? i know 8ft isnt really high enough but do you think it is a good enough start?

does not! matter what division! if you are good, then you are good! in pole vaulting, if a male can hit over 16 feet, he will get scholarship to college! for a female, it is between 12- 13 feet!

i've got not got specifics, sorry. suitable community extreme college females are clearing 11' or so. 12' could be marvelous. [15-sixteen' is international classification;-] My advice - call the song coach of the college(s) you have an pastime in and ask;-) And undergo in strategies - any vault the place you land effectively in the pit is a robust vault. steve
