Enlist a friend or family member to help you. Or, if you feel that you cannot ask anyone, then maybe it would be good to hire moving people to help you pack.
I would think that moving an entire house would be a lot of strain on the baby, so be careful of the work that you do.

We moved about a month ago - I guess I was about 25-26 wks when we actually got in this house. I was packing for over a month before that though.
I just made sure that I didn't actually lift any heavy boxes. I would fill a box, then tell my husband where to put it. Same with the unpacking - I had boxes in the garage that were too heavy to lift, so I emptied them there and walked each item to the room it belonged in, instead of just taking the whole box at once. It took a lot longer, but I felt like it was a lot safer for me and the baby that way. I also didn't help with any of the furniture - hubby had a friend help him load the van and somehow managed to unload it by himself.
Don't lift anything that feels heavy to you, and sit down and rest when you need to. I know it's overwhelming and that it absolutely has to get done, but make sure you take breaks. Also, if you have a friend or neighbor that could help you, that would be good.
Good luck, and don't get too stressed out. It'll all get done, just be careful for you and the baby!

Use your own common sense on this one - you can pack light items such as clothing and knicknacks, but enlist the help of friends and family members for the rest. Do NOT try to life "just one thing" that is heavy. No computer equipment, TVs, books, appliances, and definately no furniture. If you can't find enough people to help, there are moving companies that will also pack for you. It is worth the extra expense. Please take it easy - why risk anything happening to the baby?

My best friend moved 3 times while she was pregnant with her daughter. Not sure if it was the direct cause of her problems but she did have some pretty bad cramping for a long time. But her little girl was born one day earlier and is healthy as can be
