only with medical cards . . . it's not legal - yet, but from what I hear they're starting to crack down on it now that they've prevented some of the major ingredients of meth from being purchased by meth heads.

walk down the waterfront in Portland during lunch time, it's where you can see hippies, skaters, business guys (complete w/ suit and tie) all in the same circle passing a pipe on a sunny *** day . . .

i don't know. It should be legal everywhere. it's better than crack. God made it, not some Blayce-the-Gallan wannabe in a factory, manipulating chemicals. all that "education" you get in school is skewed. Yeah, it's not good, but it's acctually not worse than smoking commercial cigarettes, which is very bad, yes, and I'm not trying to justify it, but..... Only if you have a medical condition, and it's bad enough where marijuana will help reduce the associated pains.

There is no state in the U.S. where just anybody can smoke it legally.

no, but who's gonna know?
that place is so laid back and has so many hide away spots, plus the cops are usually clueless. people actually do it openly downtown in many areas.... Ashland, Eugene, Klamath Falls....
