This guy describes Family Guy as liberal propaganda. I don't understand it... Family Guy makes jokes about the TV. The I in "Family" is dotted with a TV in the opening credits. Now if he said American Dad, I might understand, but Family Guy?

Anyone else feel this way? Would you like to explain it to me?

And what kind of name is Stewie anyway? Who names a kid Stewart these days?

That falls into the catagory of "if you don't like it, change the channel". I don't understand anyone who is mega critical of any TV show, especially ones like Family Guy, American Dad, The Simpsons, Southpark etc.

If we all spent our time just trying to pick out the "political" angle of each program, we would never enjoy any shows.

I hate liberals but I love Family guy and the simpsons, both of which make cracks at the republicans and the war all the time but I think its in good humor. Wouldnt surprise me if the creators are republicans too, its all about humor and some things are just funny. Not propaganda though, yahoo answers on the other hand...

it really is humorous at situations, yet any sensible human being can objectively check out what Seth Mcfalene (or although you spell his call) has performed and may want to obviously see he's aiming that you ought to work out his fringe of issues politically, and ridicules all and sundry he disagrees with. even as I hate to guage them, so some distance as lively comedies pass, i imagine Trey Parker and Matt Stone are 10 situations more desirable gifted. that's no longer a random determination of reviews, strange stuff, and musicals for a 1/2 hour. each and every episode they do have jokes that are in accordance (and many times awesome) yet in good structure to the tale. and they are not one sided on an difficulty; they actually make relaxing of all and sundry. i come across that south Park is a lot more desirable memorable to boot (many times because of the wonder fee) yet to boot because of that's gentle hearted take at severe undertones and issues of society. yet for quickly laughs which have no longer something to do with something, and are thoroughly random, jumbled in with some unusual ideological standpoints and an particularly distorted and many times ill worldview, kinfolk guy is a particularly sturdy source.

No Family guys make jokesabout stupid people. There is no positive character in the series, so itcannot be pro something.

However, they do make fun of South, and sometimes they have jokes about African Americans, ormore about some prejudices against them, but its all balanced.

American Dad is not pro-liberal either, They make fun of libneral daughter and her BF. The joke is liberal daughter, CIA dad. No leftiest propaganda.

Family guy makes fun of everybody, Even bush. Remeber the episode when Brian said he found Bush during Huricane Katrina and he was hiding in a Tree House. People just need to lighten up its a comediac show and not take it so seriously. And it is freakin funny

Family Guy is very funny and that stems from making fun of all kinds of people. I don't see the liberal angle. I would not watch it if I thought that. John Stewart yes......Stewie no.

It is definately left-leaning, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it propaganda. I think it's pretty funny. It's a cartoon, for cryin' out loud!
