Of the 2 Id say Washington...I dont see why Arizona is always picked to be the dark horse. But I think the most disappointing would be Cincinatti...unless youre counting police records

Neither team, the Redskins or the Cardinals were not the MOST disappointing, infact it was the Miami Dolphins.
Newspaper columnist had the 'Phins going to the Super Bowl and maybe even winning it all. They had us going that the 'Phins could pull that off, they finished their 2005-2006 season on a winning streak. The only true hole was QB, and what did they do? Brought in Daunte' Culpepper who was once a great QB at Minnesota. Daunte', Ronnie Brown, and Chris Chambers appeared to be a lead for a high powered offense. Solid defense, supposedly.
Daunte' flopped, Brown flopped, and without a QB, Chambers flopped. They weren't even in the running for the playoffs from the start. 1-6 start and finished 6-10. Not exactly a Super Bowl team, not even a playoff team. Finished last in their division.
They weren't the worst team out there, but they were the most disappointing.

Most overachieving- Jets. They had a rookie QB, rookie QB head coach and weren't supposed to win but 6 games instead they get into the playoffs and end up going all the way to the AFC Championship Game Most underachieving- Steelers. Easiest schedule in the NFL this year coming off a Super Bowl and they got 9-7 to miss the playoffs losing to teams like the Browns,Raiders,Chiefs, and Bears

The Cardinals by a mile! With the addition of Edge, the incredible players they have at the "skill" positions and a pretty good defense, this team should have gone deep into the playoffs... I just hope that they learn from their mistakes and begin to utilize the deep threats the possess.

I think the Cardinals. I mean that game against the Bears summed them up. They had their opponent down, but couldn't step on the throat and finish them off. Thay had a weak schedule and they had a great FA and draft. Edge turned out to be a lame duck, the online cant run block, and Leinhart can't save a football team by himself.

Definitly the Skins. All that money Snyder spent and they couldnt get it done. With portis they had to rely on Ladell Betts and a non-existant passing game. They usually amazing Defense was ranked 31st in the league due to key injuries.

The Cards, they spent so much in the off season and drafted so well that they should have been a far better team (at least 8-8 in my opinion)

The Chargers by far.
Of the two teams you have there I would say the Deadskins!! They told fans that they were a Super Bowl caliber team and to expect nothing short of the playoffs. They finished in LAST place!
