See the thing about me is somewhat complicated. I'm 6'3" and am very fit in the lower/upper body. But if I want to buy a large shirt/jacket, the arms are always too short, and If I get an XL for the arm length, the body of the shirt is always ginourmous and I HATE that. I like my shirts to be comfortable to like loose, but not incredibly loose...so what do I do?? I have to have my clothes like specially tailored. And I know about the "Large Tall" stuff, but those aren't everywhere...

Any advice?!

You have to find a good tailor. Keep buying the XL sizes and have the tailor take in the body part of it. Or you could try a size called LT, that stands for Large tall. The shirt will be cut for a large size, but the length will be extended for the taller guy.

Not sure where you are located. But there is a shop on Oxford Street, London closer to the Tottenham Court Road End. You can check it out

Go to a mall or something and ask for a tailor, get the measurements he gives you and look around the saore/mall for that sized jacket.

Shop online.

www.crowntailor.com is where I get most of my clothes. Suits, shirts etc. Once they have my measurements, I have a variety of materials to choose from and a few weeks later, they're posted over and i have clothes that fit me.

Have you tried Express for men. That store carries sizes for small, medium and tall. I am 5'10 and only find pants there that fit me. Ofcourse I am a woman and its different for men, but their clothe line fits different body shapes.

Why don't you shop online? Wherever you go, you can buy your stuff and if it doesn't fit right, then you can send it back. Other than that, I don't see many options. Sorry dude!
