Got any support for this apparently racist remark? Maybe they are, but on the surface this apears racist and I personally dont believe that....and I am not the least bit PC.

Cause the media and the democrats and hollywood and etc.. elevate those people as role models so that young black people will believe thats how to get ahead, and so they wont value hard work and education, etc... so that they will stay dependent upon social welfare programs for support, and thus continue to vote for democrats that support those programs.
