zunes are enourmous compared to ipod, and feel really cheap. ipod videos are sleek, and supercool. the screen is also plenty big, even when i'm not wearing my reading glasses

Of course, otherwise there wouldn't be two different devices. Google it and get the specs and comparisons. Having been around for enough years, I know the pattern of Apple and Microsoft. Jobs innovates and creates revolutionary ideas and products. Microsoft waits for it to gain a certain level of market acceptance and then recreates it with their own technology, usually making it better, and markets the living heck out of it, thus making it a staple of pop culture. They may have waited too long this time, because Jobs has done an incredible job of market penetration and branding with iPod and iTunes. As long as he doesn't screw up by getting the record industry to boycott him behind the scenes, he should be able to compete for a good while with anything Microsoft does.
