how do you get a better arch in your foot so you can point your toes better?

Practice your releves! Releves are the key. They will help strengthen your ankles and your arches, and make it more defined. Start out in sets of twelve, do about 36. Then move up to about 64.

point your toes and flex them if you do this alot every day no only will u get a better arch but nice lookin legs also wear shoes with an arch in them

if ur in high school or college sit in a hurdle position on the floor n set ur homework way in front of u n juss start to do ur h.w. n that will help. or u could stand on ur tip teos for about 10 min. approx.

first, sit in a pike stretch and point your feet as hard as you can. then have some one pull your feet toward them and then push them as close to the floor as they can. then have them let go and hold it by yourself. try this everyday and you should have good results

use a flexiband, they help a lot!i got onto pointe at a young age by doing so

Put your feet under a low couch while watching t.v., or have your dog sit on them.
