I've had rabbit, but it was for my birthday a while back.
We went to this Brazilian Churascaria (bbq) place. They serve all sorts of game meats there, like rabbit and venisen.
It's a little tough(the rabbit meat), but not bad if you season it just right.

No, but a friend who grew up really really poor in the south used to eat it and liked it... now it makes him sick to think of the fact that he ate those sweet little bunny rabbits... by the way, he is now vegetarian and a huge animal lover.

Not for easter, but on another family get together.
Mom said it was "chicken".
Tasted like chicken, but the meat had a different grain.
When I asked her about it she just said "IT'S CHICKEN!"

Later on, the truth was revealed.

I'd do it again, but it wouldn't be the same without seeing my parents "dance" a bit.
