Sorry, but I'm in competition with you. If I give you my secrets, then you'll get all my votes. It's kind of like telling people who compliment my hair who my stylist is and then never being able to get in for an appointment. (I just hate it when that happens.)
But the best way is to just use your awesome wit, knowledge, and humor. Just be specific to the question.... or not.

Give good answers and being quick is good if that is all you want is best answers from voting. People don't generally seem to read past the first few answers with questions in voting. To be sneaky and get your answer in as the first one you can enter a fullstop as your answer and submit it then hit edit, type what you wanted to say and then resubmit and your answer will still be first.
