Do the movies follow the same plot? Like a movie series? Or do the movies not go together.

The movies don't really relate to one another. They were made at different times in Japan to go along I guess with the characters' status in the series (what I mean by that is the first movie is the only Naruto movie with Sasuke in it because that took place before he left). Things like that. Sorry I didn't help much lol.

like stated before me, the first movie is the only one that as sasuke.
it also hints at kakashi
the second has gaara and friends
the third i haven't seen but i know it focuses on a spoiled brat with a bunch of animals: sakura, naruto, and Rock Lee are in this one....
also a fourth one is being made, but it will be after the time skip

it does...because first movie have sasuke if you watch the episode up to like 200 sasuke suppose to be on the evil side. and 2nd episode naruto learn resengan which he learn in like episode 100 and something.
