There's this boy at school,a year older than me (around 16) and he plays the violin. He's real great,he wants to go abroad to study music and i think he has great potential.
But the kids at school pick on him and laugh at him because he is not popular, gorgeous and stuff
I am the school's flag-holder( this is the best student at school) and I'm also popular. So,because i look up to him a lot,I play the piano and know how much it takes to become what he is,i went up to him and told him how much i admire him and that he should invite me to one of his music school's concerts. Not meaning that i fancy him or anything.
And when the....morons saw it, they started hanging out with him and making him a friend too.Is this bad?D u think he feels that people accept him just because of me???

I wouldn't care what caused people to look at him as a regular person. If you have the ability to bridge people together that's a great thing, don't destroy a great deed with delusions of grandeur. Don't take your position of popularity to a level of vanity. Look at it as if you may have saved someones life.

probably but u shouldn't feel bad. it'z not ur fault that people are now starting 2 talk 2 him cuz u couldn't help it. just tell him that ur sorry about all the people talking 2 him cuz u don't want him 2 feel like that'z the only reason they're talking 2 him.

If people did accept him because of you, then you did a good thing. :-)

Who cares why? Just be happy for him that he's making friends.

Unless your jealous...

No.
They just saw how nice you were being and maybe thought of how dumb and mean they were towards him.
