well i use the thermal goggles to try to find him i saw him like 5 times but he always runs and then i only shot him once any one know how to kill em?

Stealth rocks. He may be sleeping if you take awhile, so that'll make it easier to get to him. (hold him up for a nice surprise) For a real challenge, tranq him. You'll get his sniper rifle if you do so. (which uses tranqs, perfect for no kill games) And with the Thermal Goggles, follow his footsteps if you can find them. Expect this to take at least 30 min, probably longer. And when he throws a flash grenade, look away.
P.S. Or you could just not play for a week then turn the console on, but where's the fun in that?

This is one of the best duels in the entire game. A good way to find him is to watch out for his parrot, use your directional mike and thermals, and look for footprints. When you see him and he runs away you need to haul *** and follow and try and find him.
An easy way to kill him is earlier in the game where they wheel him out in a wheelchair you can snipe him then. Yet another easy way is to set the time on your system ahead and he'll die from old age before you fight him. Both are really cheap and deprive you of a really awesome hunt in the game.
