Dancing is not hard if you let go of yourself to dance. What makes it hard is resistance - mind, body and soul.

Let go and you will see that you can dance gracefully.

I don't. I know a lot of people do. I think people are so self conscious about who is watching them that they won't do it. In turn they then say dancing is hard and they don't want to do it. You have to let your body go and feel the music. And not care about who is around you. I love music, it is a big part of my life. I love to dance. I like to have fun. People tell me I am good a dancer. I don't' think I am great at dancing, I just let my body get lost in the music and have fun. I always feel sad for the people who stand on the side because they are afraid of what others think. Usually I will grab them and make them dance with me. It is amazing they will then say how much fun they had. Just takes a little confidence that is all. We all have rhythm.

It depends on what you consider dancing. Like dancing at a party or at a club is easy if you have rhythm and aren't self conscious. But if you're talking about ballet, then it's extremely hard. You have to work your but off to become a good ballerina.

I think it depends on how coordinated you are. I can't even roller skate - so I don't think I'll be learning the waltz anytime soon! LOL :)
Seriously though, I respect people who can dance and dance well. It's a beautiful art form and method of self-expression. I especially think Latin dance is wonderful!

Honestly it depends on what kind of dancing you do.

If you just dancing for fun, then of course it's not hard. But if your REALLY into dancing, (like going to competitions or going pro), then it's DEFINITELY going to be difficult to do.

Depends on what do you mean by that. Becoming good at ballet is hard. Impressing your buddies with new version of Macarena in your living room is not hard.

It can be-if you think about it! Don't think dance is about feeling. To me its the most pure and genuine way of expressing our emotions.
