Is there anyway to "unprotect" a ringtone that I bought from Cingular?

I would like to be able to share them through Bluetooth.

Cingular locks all that stuff because they are a bunch of jerks. Your best bet is to get a bluetooth adapter for whatever kind of computer you have and transfer back and forth things that way so that you don't have to worry about who is protecting them.
