As of summer 2006 Gerard ended his 6 year relationship with his girlfriend. And that is because while recording he realized the line "I am not afraid to walk this world alone" while tracking for Famous Last Words. His relationship with this girl was practically marriage. It would be surprising if he has another girlfriend now since he broke up with her because of that lyric. But who knows, maybe they got back together. Just respect his privacy guys.
