I broke my finger yesterday and now I can't do PE because we started volleyball today. I'm goin to the doctor. I had to sit all by myself on the bleachers today. I sure wish I could play volleyball with my friends. While I sat alone I made up a song I my head and watched everyone else having fun. It was to the tune of Nails For Breakfast Tacks for Snacks like "I ammmmmmmmmm alooooeeeoooone on these bleacheeeerrrrrrs" and then I took a nap. Napping on the bleachers scares me because I could get hit by a ball. Do you have any better ideas of what to do while I sit out PE?

when you're not any further used to it, it does harm. easily maximum persons do not attempt this a lot anymore or maybe jap whinge about it or make relaxing of it. i have seen some humorous comedy skits the position people's legs have fallen asleep and they initiate poking the guy in the front of them, causing even more beneficial extreme soreness.

bring a book to read. or your cd player & listen to music. or maybe even do your homework for other classes

or cheering your friends on while they play volleyball would be fun & you would really get involved in PE class without playing, too

Meditation. Sit in a relaxed position, close your eyes, think nothing. Concentrate and listen to your lungs expanding, and heart beating. Think nothing else. Then you will be in a trance mode, where you feel much relaxed and your mind becomes very clear. One thing I noticed while in trance mode is that your hearing gets a lot better and your eyes try to open involuntarily.

Why can't you play with a broken finger? You can use just one hand. That would be better than warming the bleacher seats.

You can do excersises and cheer on the players at the same time. Utilize the down period with activity that will benefit you as well as the people around you.
