Is it possible that you mixed up a few hotels? In Bulgaria you have:
Anita - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria
Anita Holiday Village - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria
Bora Apartment Complex - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria
Sunny Fort - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria
Sunny Villas - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria
If that is the case, go to: http://www.travel-library.com/search/search.php
and click on wanted hotel to get a direct e-mail address.
You can also try by searching through Bulgarian web searchers:
All.bg
Dirbg
Gbg
Hit.bg
MavicaNET - Bulgaria

I ran a search in Bulgarian and this is what I got:

It seems Anita is part of a larger complex called Rainbow.
