0.000000000000000002% theres soo many sites it keeps growing no one could ever explore all of it unless the whole world makes a law that u have to get a licence to make a site then it could be possible. i bet in the time that its took me to type this theres been at least 120 sites made all over the world.

Surely that's unanswerable. We have no idea how BIG the Internet is, and it grows by a vast amount each day. The growth rate increases daily.
Less than a percent, and I've been online umpteen years.
