Going to war with Iran is totally different than Iraq.
It is bigger, stronger and has a better economy. It will not be easy but the question is he who has the oil rules the world.
If all oil reserves was shut down the USA would come to a screeching halt in a few weeks. What ever the reason Bush used to go to war he knows that. To secure the oil secures the country. A better question what if they stopped sending oil?
How long would the reserves last? a few weeks, days?

Yes, providing that by "we" you mean the U.S. or Isreal or most of western society. I believe that war is an eventuality due to the current ideas and ideals of the islamic rulers of that country and others. A better question would be....
will you defend yourself when they decide to go on the offensive?

I think we already are, but just not declared. Iran is fighting our soldiers in Iraq. I'd call that 'War With Iran.'
