I attend a community college and I will really like to transfer to a great university. The thing is that I am a huge perfectionist and if I feel I can't get an A in the course I drop it.....I do have a few B's mostly A's. But I feel like I dropped too many courses already, which is four. This is my last year and I feel lost in this class and my first test grade was a 40! It was a 50 questions long and a few problems to work out....I only finish the questions, the prob. were half test grade. I only have 2 other test to bring it up. I don't want to end up with a C. I don't have too much time to work on that course either b/c I have 5 other courses I need to dedicate time to also. What should I do?

I think that you need to lighten up with the grades. don't get me wrong but, if they see that you keep droping the classes they may think that you may bolt and/or you will be in school for a few more years longer.... I think you need to lighten your load too, that way you can concentrate more on your studies...

I had to drop one or 2 classes every semester because they were too stressful, but that will only keep you in college longer, & I was in college a year longer than I was supposed to. Just finish this semester up without dropping & then transfer to your desired university. Don't drop courses unless you really think you're not gonna pass.
