Who cares, there never were any WMDs. I'm a "right winger" and I never believed it since day one. What kind of WMDs could Iraq possibly have? Sand? Chemicals are not WMDs.
I wish people would start thinking for themselves (use common sense) instead of believing what everyone (media, political leaders, etc) tells you.
At the time it didn't matter what the reason was for going into Iraq. America needed a reason, so the government shut us up w/ a bs reason (that ended up changing to "Iraqi freedom).
I do, however, regret going in there, because there was never an exit plan.
Vietnam II
PS the WMDs going to Syria was old news, at least a couple of yrs. I saw satellite pics of the convoy.

I guess the vast, right-wing conspiracy doesn't care what the neo-cons are up to.
The VRWC is busy exposing the Administration's efforts to create a North American Union of the US, Canada and Mexico. The VRWC is busy pointing out that this Administration refuses to enforce the laws against illegal immigration. The VRWC is also warning Americans that they are seeing the Bill of Rights shredded by the neo-cons in power in the name of fighting terrorism.
We conservatives have our hands full. How about a little help?

There were no WMDs. Sadaam was a big blow hard and it got him killed. George Bush and Dick Cheney just wanted to invade Iraq and you can bet it made them money.

Where did you hear they went to Syria? I thought that Saddam, being the nice guy that he was, destroyed them per U.N. mandate and just forgot to tell everybody about it . . .
Or did all those Kurds and Iranians die of asphyxiation via fart fumes?

It wouldn't surprise me if they did do that. Saddam is dead in Iraq, so Bush doesn't care about Iraq any more (as if he did to begin with, it was Saddam that he was after) so he wants to attack another oil producing country so he can jack the prices up even more for his buddies!
