This realy is a job for an electirian. To use a motor like that you need to use a magnetic starter, it might have come with the motor, but usualy not. It is tricky to wire them up, and wiring them up wrong can ruin them (especialy the pressure switch, I know from expriance) and wiring them up partly right might get it to work, and then some day when you are spraying paint, catch on fire. Call an electrician, or do some serious reading

I think I would consult an electrican. that is alot of power you got going there. No one should touch an electiacl panel unless you are ticketted and you have permit to dd so. If this procedure is not followed you may find your house insurance is null and void if something was to happen. Spend the 60 bucks on a qualified person.

Go to Home Depo and ask someone in the electrical dept. This is a very easy job to do BUT you need to know exactly what to do so you or your motor don't get fried.

My stock answer: Call a licensed, professional electrician. Your question is vague, which usually means you don't know what you're doing.

I would strongly suggest you call an electrician. If you screw up the installation in can be dangerous and costly.
Good luck.

I would use an electrician.
At that voltage and amp combo that could kill you if done incorrectly.
