No, I don't think it would be banned here, after all we have music videos of women dressed like hookers and being very suggestive here.
She's too thin, yes. She has an unusually small frame but she is still underweight.

nope, it probably wouldn't be banned. i think the only reason it might've been banned in turkey is cuz its mostly a muslim country...? I dont find it offensive, cuz i could care less what other woman do to themselves, but it might be offensive to other people.
