tis been a long time my last pet ran away and that was a year and a have and then i had a bird that few away and all the pet I had was that I cant keep them or die or ran awayor my family cant stand it.

some people get along good with pets others dont. If you are good at taking care of them can afford them and really want one then go for it. Decide what you want before you get it.

assuming you are nice to the pets and pay attention to them sure you should get another pet if you like pets. a bird will fly away from anyone so thats thats . what about a cat or a big dog . yes thats it get both a cat and a dog you should get an irish wolfhound and a kitten . that will be fun and they will be friends my cat walks with me and my dog all around towns and fields no rope or anything she just follows us

If you have a fenced in yard i would get a small dog but not too small because some dogs will dig under the fence. Its also nice just to have some kind of pet even a fish would work.

Well if you can't keep it alive, then maybe you should figure out why. I mean, birds and fish die pretty easily, but if you had a young, healthy dog and that died, there's probably a problem.

You can get another pet but you must love it very much and take care of it.If you don't it will end up in the same position.

i have had several pets i n several years. each time i lose one its devistaying. i have my dog now for 8 years ill not replace him nor bring another in the house hold . it good to have a pet but please be stable and plan on a long term relationship with it.

ya why not just if u get a bird do not keep the windows open
and a dog or cat keep them inside or on a lesh for a dog hope u get another one!!!

if you are rady to deal with one again then go for it, but I would start off with someting that really don't need a lot of your time.
