can islam be eradicated? if not, why don't the extreme rightwing westerners just commit suicide right now?

ok, this question is for extreme right-wing westerners. Unlike moderate conservatives like George Bush (who believe america can win the heart and souls of muslims and reform the islamic world), you believe that islam is inherantly violent and evil.

yet islam is the religion of a billion men women and children in almost every part of the world...so how can it be eradicated...especially when anyone, even a white guy can just convert to islam and be a radical. islam is all races...its not always visible...and its spread out in all areas...its not centralized...and any attempt to kill them all will just radicalize more

so, either prove you can eradicate islam while leaving the west intact, or tell how else to deal with islam. if it can't be dealt with and is destined to conquer the world, then why would you even try to oppose something that is un-opposable??

Islam is the religion of many millions of decent hard working people. It may not be popular at this time because of some radicals that happen to be Muslim but to eliminate the faith totally would gain us nothing as there would still be some radical element that would be about doing their dirty work.

You are right Islam is found all over the world but it seems that only in one small part of the world is there any trouble with them.

I don't see American Muslims causing problems, Turkey seems pretty calm, Indonesia has an occasional one or two idiots that cause a problem as is the case in the Philippines and China.

To advocate the ilimination of Islam is like Hitler's desire to eliminate the Jews. Suppose Judisim, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism etc. set about to eliminate Christianity? It would be difficult to impossible to do. So considering the elimination of one of the Western World's three great religions is not going to happen.

Read the Koran, look at the history of the middle east, Indonesia (where Islam was exported to by Arabs and is not dominant), and other countries where Islam is heavily steeped in the government and culture. You'll find that many of the people became Muslims by force and coercion. Just look at the Buddist monument the Taliban destroyed in Afghanistan. And yet, we're suppose to believe in 'tolerance' and 'peace'. Bunko.

I value my freedom of thought far too much to allow a religion to be paramount to the laws in this country. Until CAIR admits it's wrong to want to replace the Constitution with Sharia Law and a Caliphate, there's not going to be any other understanding.

I don't believe Westerners oppose or want to eradicate Islam, it's more opposition for Radical Islam, very dangerous sect. George Bush sucks so don't believe all Western people blindly believe in their leader, we are so diverse, unfortunately the media only follows those are are most loud and opinionated.
