Hi, I heard of an organization who reunites americans who fathered a child in the Philippines and those who would like to seek their american fathers/relatives. But I'm not sure how to help you on this exactly bec. I wasn't able to catch the name of the organization(s) behind it. Try to surf around www.google.com.ph (google philippines site) and search for organizations or about fil-am children. Good Luck!

Nope, not everyone born in the 50's in the Philippines have an American father. My parents were both born in the 50's and they have Filipino parents.
