Just call and tell them that you just took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. They'll tell you what you need to do. Most likely they will schedule you for an appointment to confirm your pregnancy (usually with a urine test, so go with a full bladder; otherwise a blood test) and give you some information about your pregnancy and what to expect. They will weigh you and measure you, to get some baseline information to compare throughout the rest of your pregnancy. They'll then let you know how often your appointments will be (most likely every 6-8 weeks in the beginning) and you might even get a chance to make all your appointments right there if you want to get it out of the way (otherwise you can make them as you go). Every time you come in to an appointment, they're probably going to want a urine sample. So go with a full bladder every time (I always made mine first thing in the morning and tried not to go when I first woke up -- otherwise I couldn't go!) I called my OB's office and told them that i just found out i was pregnant and did not know what to do since it is my first baby. That was last Weds. They scheduled me for an office visit on the 19th where they will do an ultrasound, blood work, give me an RX for prenatals and have an office consult where they will answer any questions I have.
