In my opinion the best way is to learn to understand the question better. Many people hurry and mis-read/interpret the question, therefore the answer will be wrong. I remember one test I had in university and one of the questions was "Which of these....is NOT incorrect?" I answered with the incorrect choice, but the question really asked "which of these is true?" Luckily for me, I felt a little niggling doubt, so I went back to it and sure enough it would have been wrong. Another way, is to take a little time thinking about the question before leaping in to answer. Brainstorm a little. You can always spend a minute or two thinking out your answer, because it's better to answer only 90% of the questions right because you ran out of time, than 90% wrong because you didn't take the time.
