I found a great book at Chapters/Indigo online 365 recipies for children 0-6 years. I have twins and know the frustration of them refusing to eat... one will love something while the other throws it on the floor. I've learned that kids don't always need to eat the same amounts every day... their appetite can vary just like ours.
Try taking some of her old favourites and recreating them... fun shaped pastas, or use cookie cutters for her sandwiches... try to make eating into a game for her. Be patient, it will get better, I promise!

sometimes kids dont' want to eat alot. i have a freind who's boy would go for days without eating at 4 years old. He sat down for every meal at the table.. but didn't want any. My friend didn't make a big deal about it. She also didn't bribe him or anything... when peopel would ask about it she would say right in front of him 'oh, he'll eat when he's hungry'. He did this alot, just didn't want to eat. But after a few days or weeks with only a few peas or toast in his stomach he got these spells where he ate and ate and ate.... He is now 10 and eats a fair bit regularly...

A child will never starve herself. They will always eat when they are ready. To help develope proper table manners and get her used to proper eating habbits, make sure meals are structured and set for the same time every day in a routine. Put her in the chair/booster at the table and sit and eat your lunch and such with her. Give her some finger foods while you feed her her main course.

My daughter was like that and I had to do - some for mummy some for Callie - or another one I did was to dish up her food and pretend it was for me, as soon as I started eating it she would come over and want the food. The most important thing is not to get stressed out as it will make her think meal times are something to worry about. She will eventually get into it just give it time

Give her a meal schedule, no snacks in between. Offer her healthy things she normally likes. Take it easy on the juice and milk, that'll fill her up and she won't be hungry. But as long as her activity is normal and her weight is in the proper range, I wouldn't worry too much. Kids have weird appetites...she'll be sure to eat when she's hungry!

It will change every day. Try things you may not normally eat. Veggie Soups worked great for us. Offer as many different tastes as possible, but remember she will eat if she is hungry. Make your doctor visits every time so they can keep a weight check. One day, she'll eat. And she may not ever get full. At least that's what happened with my baby.

I would just put out a little tray with an assortment of food, some crackers, little pieces of cheese, small pieces of a vege or fruit you know she likes, little piece of peanut butter bread cut in cubes. She's bound to grab something she likes. Don't even say a word just put the tray down whereever she's playing.

It worked for my daughter.

have you tried her on the same food that you have as my first little one liked nothing better than a bowl of spag bol, the mess comes free of course but she loved it.Try the norm of yogurts and cheese so at least she's getting calcium...good luck I know its worrying but she will eat if she's hungry, dont give her too much to drink before her meals either as this may be filling her up.
