I weigh 170lbs at 5'2". I'm trying my hardest to lose weight. Going to the gym 5 days a week for 2-3 hours a day. What should my goal weight be?

I would aim for anywhere between 115-125. Just make it a step wise process. Exercise frequently, eat a healthy diet of mostly veggies (avoid much meat, sugar, etc.). You can do it. Don't worry

It depends on your frame size and how much muscle you are building. It does seem a little excessive the amount of time you spend at the gym. You shouldn't go overboard, weight loss needs to be a gradual process if you want to keep the fat off for good.

Generally speaking, you need to lose at least 35lb to be considered a healthy weight. Once you have done that, it is up to you if you wish to lose further weight.

5ft2 female:

Small frame: 100lb-115lb
Medium frame: 110lb-125lb
Larger frame: 120lb-125lb

Depends on body build-I was skinny I weighed like 93lbs.when I was that age.I ATE to gain weight now 15 years later I'm 122lbs.I can never say a person of a certain height should be a certain weight,because it varies.I think you should strive for what is a normal balance for yourself,don't try to be ultrathin and don't allow youself get get like 400lbs. like it wouldn't hurt to take off 30lbs,see how that looks and feels.Eat fruits,and steamed veggies and lean meats,and leave out sugars-for a while,anyway.

I checked on a website and I think you should aim for 115. The average weight on the website was 128 pounds.

I would say about 115-120 for that height

you have to be between 110 and 120.
