Well, you can work in a zoo but the downside is that, in truth, zoos are doing very little to help the animals they house. Most zoos contribute $0 to protecting native habitat meaning the animals they're breeding can never return to their homes. Also, depending on the zoo, you may be a city or county or park service employee meaning low pay and possibly city cronies running the place rather than people who actually know about animals. Many zoos do not require any special knowledge or training for their keepers.
I don't recommend aquatic parks because they are all in it for the money and do nothing for their captive animals.
If you want to learn more, find your closest zoo and find out about volunteer opportunities. This may give you the opportunity to work with baby exotics and also gives you the opportunity to interact with zoo keepers who can tell you more about their jobs.
Depending on their insurance you may work directly with keepers in helping with their animals including babies, you may be able to work with babies pulled from their mothers or you may be relegated to docent work with only semi-domestic animals. It all depends on the zoo.
Keep in mind that working with baby animals is fun but in the end, an exotic wild animal was born to grow up in a wild environment, not in the care of any person (no matter how much that person cares about animals). You would better serve those baby animals by getting into a profession which can help the species (or multiple species) like being a research scientist, field scientist helping to research what these animals need or even a wildlife cinematographer who can chronical for the world the animals and their real lives - not their lives in a controlled environment.

A zoo, a animal shelter, anything involving animals. Most pets that have been homelss are missing something-an ear, an eye- something. But a zoo is definately a place to find exotic animals. You must be more specific- exotic as in 'weird animal' or exotic as in 'animal that's mutated'.

a zoo job would be great, but you have to get a biology degree or zoology degree to have that job...look into going to school to work with animals if that is what you really want to do with your life
