I have purchased cialis online, (search for "tadalafil") for approximatley $200 for 30 tablets. Considering each one lasts for about three or four days, they're definately a much more cost-effective solution than the US pharmaceutical rapists out there.
You should not have to get screwed when trying to get screwed.
I'm sorry I have no advice about OTC products but I can vouch for tadalafil online. :shrug:

Sorry but the only ones that will work are Viagra, etc. they will make it hard. All the others do not work and are not worth 2 cents.
