You need to get this cream called Tough-Actin' Tinactin by John Madden. Seriously, I have bad jock itch sometimes and it smells like a dead carp in my pants. Do you have that smell too? You need to use this stuff if you do, it clears it right up. Jock Itch is a fungus so you need a cream to kill the fungus.

Get some jock itch cream, it's antifungal. Try lotrimin or lamisil for jock itch. They also have spray. Try it for a few days for twice a day and I think you will be fine.

Apply apple cider vinegar to the itching skin with a dry cloth. After some time, the itching will stop. Alternately apple cider vinegar can be added to the bath water.More cheap and natural remedies for itching at the link below.

True "jock itch" is caused by a fungus similar to athlete's foot (tinea pedis). You can purchase Tinactin powder or cream at your local Wally-World and follow the directions. Keep the area clean and DRY.
