Cooked and ready for dinner
BBQ strip loin roast for dinner. Pumpkin cheesecake with a ginger crumb crust for dessert.
Now I have to get ready to go to work, I'm feeling a little over worked and under appreciated. What am I doing wrong? Why do I have to do it all?

YOUR NOT DOING A THING WRONG! and don't think that you are. You're working hard but not being recognized for it! And you don't have to do it all. Your kids are grown enough where than can at least make a sandwich! when i was 13 my mom made me make sandwich's only once and a while could i get it made for me. Help them to learn they can do things on their own and make them work. As for your husband well he's a big boy make him feed himself ( except on Valentine's day and other holidays ) as for thank you's just slip it in like thanks mom for lunch

Stop being a restaurant for your family. They can eat cereal. If you don't enjoy cooking THAT much then don't. I've never had such gourmet food from my mother and I still feel loved by her. Make your kids do something for themselves. Whoever they marry will appreciate it very much.

You don't have to do it all. I understand I do the same thing....from time to time though I take a day off of the cooking routine.
